回望2013年秋天，那场“划时代的”党的十八届三中全会，面对“难啃的硬骨头”，开启了全面深化改革、系统整体设计推进改革的新时代，吹响了“改革的进军号”。自此已历时十余载，气势如虹、波澜壮阔。
今年，适逢“全面深化改革又一个重要年份”，主要任务是谋划进一步全面深化改革，“这既是党的十八届三中全会以来全面深化改革的实践续篇，也是新征程推进中国式现代化的时代新篇”。
鉴往可知来。改革开放以来历次三中全会都研究讨论深化改革问题，都是在释放一个重要信号，就是我们党将坚定不移高举改革开放的旗帜。为者常成，行者常至。正如总书记在这次座谈会上说的一句话，“看准了就坚定不移抓”。
“看准了”是一种战略清醒。
改什么、不改什么，改哪里、如何改，“要做清醒的改革者”。特别是在中国这样一个大国，决不能在根本性问题上出现颠覆性错误。这是改革开放40多年的实践启示。
座谈会上，总书记在阐述进一步全面深化改革要讲求方式方法时，第一条谈的就是坚持守正创新。

The greatness of a big country lies not only in its vast territory, but also in the great differences among regions. "To be a leader in China, we must make overall consideration and comprehensive balance, highlight key points and drive the overall situation on the basis of clarifying the situation." The general secretary of the supreme leader who has worked in the local area for a long time is deeply touched.
"Be bold and steady" is a common saying of the top leaders from the local to the central government when promoting reform for many years. To "take a good look", we must have both great courage and steady steps. “记得在正定的时候，我应经济学家于光远的建议，搞了一个农村研究所。研究的都是微观的东西，包括发展蚯蚓产业、村级组织建设等。他当时就提出一个概念——限于当时中国经济实力和条件，要多考虑实现现代化的‘穷办法’。我在‘穷办法’后面又加上了一个‘土办法’，就是适应当地的办法，不一定要大而全。”
