The innovative development planning meeting of the series of ＂Judges Solving Cases＂ was held in Yibin.

On the morning of April 12th, the innovative development planning meeting of "Law Lecture Hall" and "Judges Solving Cases" series was held in Yibin City, Sichuan Province. Wang Shujiang, Party Secretary and President of Sichuan Higher People’s Court, Li Guangyu, Deputy Director of the Supreme People’s Court Political Department and Deputy Director of Information Bureau, Liu Xiaowei, Member of the Standing Committee of Yibin Municipal Committee, Secretary of Political and Legal Committee and Secretary General, Min Yang, Party Secretary and President of Yibin Intermediate People’s Court, Su Dawei, Deputy Director of Social Program Department of Social Education Program Center of China Central Radio and Television General Station, and nearly 100 comrades, including leaders in charge of publicity and judges, attended the planning meeting.

With the overall support of the the Supreme People’s Court Information Bureau and the Social Education Program Center of the Central Radio and Television General Station, the series of "Law Lecture Hall" and "Judges Solving Cases" has been successfully broadcast for ten years, becoming a star brand of public welfare law popularization for judges in China. At the beginning of this seminar, the column reviewed the ten-year persistence and fruitful results of the series of "Judges Solving Cases" in the form of propaganda films, and looked forward to the future integration and innovation of the programs.

In the past ten years, more than 300 programs recorded by nearly 100 judges have leapt to the CCTV screen, making Law Lecture Hall among the top 30 brand columns of CCTV for six times in the past ten years, and winning the awards of General Station and China Broadcasting Association for many times. In 2022, the Legal Lecture Hall ranked third in the ratings of legal programs on the national satellite channel … … These achievements of Law Lecture Hall are also the achievements of the lecturers, which can not be separated from the strong support of the Supreme People’s Court and local courts for the social and legal channel, the "law lecture" and the enthusiasm for public welfare popularization.

Looking through the records of this decade, The Judge’s Solution has left us with beautiful memories in Haikou, Wulanchabu, Urumqi, Nanjing, Kunming, Chongqing, Guangyuan and other places. These memories have become more precious and unforgettable because of all of you present here.

Recently, after long-term investigation and careful preparation, the revision and upgrading of the Social and Legal Channel has been officially launched, and a large number of new columns related to the court system will be unveiled soon. As an old brand column of the channel, the Law Lecture Hall will also be brand-new. We look forward to closer and more comprehensive exchanges and cooperation with the Information Bureau of the Supreme Court and the national court system. Under the guidance of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, we will make a great contribution to the cause of popularizing the law and the construction of China ruled by law.

Subsequently, as a special part of this planning meeting, the new book "Judge’s Solution: Understanding the Facts and Truth in the Eyes of Judges II" was officially released. When the new book was unveiled, Liu Haitao, Party Secretary, President and Editor-in-Chief of China Democracy and Legal Publishing House, said that due to coincidence, we reached in-depth cooperation with the column of Law Lecture Hall, and timely consolidated the excellent series of programs in the column, which was not only a faithful record of the growth track of the column, but also a publicity and promotion of legal culture, legal knowledge and the spirit of the rule of law.

In order to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the program "Judges Solving Cases", the publishing house, with the strong support of the Supreme People’s Court Information Bureau and the column "Law Lecture Hall", edited and published "Judges Solving Cases: Understanding the Facts and Truth in Judges’ Eyes II". This book vividly depicts the scenes of handling cases, mediation scenes and sentencing scenes of grassroots judges. They maintain the law with fairness and justice, safeguard the legal dignity with fair judgments, and convey the judicial temperature with human warmth, showing their responsibility and responsibility.

In the past ten years, "Judge Solving Cases" has broadcast more than 300 programs, and nearly 100 judge lecturers from 16 provinces and autonomous regions have boarded the CCTV platform to carry forward the spirit of the rule of law, spread legal wisdom, show the feelings of judges, and make due contributions to the cause of public welfare law popularization. At the meeting, Wang Xiaoxi, director of the Mission Department of Sichuan Higher People’s Court, and Wenxin Liu and Chen Tian, representatives of the judges’ keynote speakers, delivered speeches on stage respectively.
