　　Cctv newsAccording to the the State Council Municipal Work Safety Committee, on April 17, 2023, a major fire accident occurred in a factory building in Fenghuangshan Industrial Zone, Wuyi County, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, killing 11 people.

　　According to the Measures for Handling Major Accidents, the the State Council Safety Committee decided to supervise the handling of this major accident. Zhejiang Province should, in accordance with the Regulations on the Reporting, Investigation and Handling of Production Safety Accidents and other relevant laws, regulations and rules, pay close attention to organizing accident investigations, quickly identify the cause of accidents, and study and put forward handling opinions in strict accordance with the requirements of accident investigations. Before the accident is closed, the accident investigation report (not finalized) shall be submitted to the the State Council Safety Committee Office for examination and approval, and Zhejiang Province shall be responsible for approving the case and announcing it to the public. After the case is closed, the accident investigation report and the implementation of the accident handling decision shall be reported to the the State Council Safety Committee Office for the record.
